How we handle your information.

Updated October 1, 2026

Information you provide

When you contact MegaFun TCGs & Collectibles, submit a collection, send feedback, or request release emails, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, email, message and optional photos. Do not submit payment details, identity documents, or information about children.

What we use it for

We use inquiries to respond, evaluate collections, assist with purchases and protect our services. Release emails require a separate opt-in. To stop receiving them, email [email protected] with Unsubscribe in the subject.

Cookies and local storage

Essential browser storage remembers your cart and privacy choice. Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you allow it. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable optional analytics. Change your choice at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not prevent browsing.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes network information for delivery and security. Collection submissions use FormSubmit and email delivery providers. Product images, maps and fonts may load from Google and other image hosts, which receive your IP address and browser request information. If enabled, Google Analytics measures site use. Stripe processes payments when online checkout is available; checkout is currently paused.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry and transaction information as needed to respond, operate the business, resolve disputes and meet recordkeeping duties. To ask about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law. Rights depend on the law applicable to you.

Children

Our submission forms and purchasing services are intended for adults. A parent or guardian should contact us on behalf of a child. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can address it.
